The Finacial Conduct AuthorityPublic Loss Adjusters is the brand name and trading style of Public Loss Adjusting Group Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 515147 which is able to be verified with the FCA.

As an authorised firm, unlike many of our competitors, we are approved and regulated by the FCA to mediate insurance claims and as part of the FCA permissions we hold and administer client funds via a segregated Client Account in accordance with the FCA CASS rules. This provides the client with the assurance that we are able to act as their representative and will do so in a professional and ethical manner at all times and are able to ensure that client funds are safeguarded.

We act as Insurance Loss adjusters <https://www.publiclossadjusters.com>  and as such are registered with both the Financial Conduct Authority and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters <https://www.cila.co.uk/>  in order to comply with the legislation and regulations governing the management or mediation of insurance claims.

The brand name and trading style of Public Loss Adjusters is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Public Loss Adjusting Group Ltd, registration number 515147. We are fully authorised as a principal company, and have been registered since 2005 in respect of insurance claims management and mediation.

As insurance loss adjusters, we are also a CILA Chartered Firm (The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters) – this provides an extra level of professional qualification when we deal with your insurer, as we are fully compliant with all aspects of the changes to the law surrounding the management of insurance claims in respect of the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representation) Act [2012]; the Insurance Act [2015] and the relevant section 13A of the Enterprise Act [2016] which imposes a duty upon insurers to make prompt payment of claim.

Under the Data Protection Act [2018], all of our data and documentation relating to cases and any personal data regarding clients is kept secure in dedicated storage facilities for physical documents and any electronic copies or correspondence is kept on a secure storage network for all such digital documents.
