Well what can I realy say...buying my first property I thought it would be a great finally something to offer my children....then woke up one morning to my downstairs being totally flooded...this happened in march this year...being past around by my insurers for months living in one room with six children became very distressing then a friend introduced me to Micheal Williamson he as been my rock through it all keeping me updated of everything...listening to me breaking down on the phone not only a excellent lose adjuster but to me know a very good friend...I would recommend him to anyone.. thank you from the bottom of my heart....

Our house was flooded on May 2018 due to an unusual weather event that effected some 200+ houses in the immediate area. The flood water reached a depth of apprioximitely 2 feet throughout our house, causing substantial damage to all furnityre, walls and flooring on the ground floor.

As our claim was being handled by our own very capable loss adjusters (Public Loss Adjusters), who arranged for the reinstatment work on our house, I am very gratedul to them that they appointed Rob and Roy to carry out the referbishment of our ground floor. The flooding was a very stressful situation to find ourselevs in and we were at the mercy of Rob and Roy the we could place out trust in them to carry out the work while we we were not present as we were living in temorary accommodation.

When my wife and I met Rob and Roy for the first tome at our house, to go through the work that would be carried out, it became clae that they had a positive, enthusastic attitude, a professional apptoach to getting the job done and an ability to quickly understand what we wanted by always seeking our opinion while providing excellent advice. To say the stress was relieved in us, after the first meeting, was an understatment;we came away with not only the condidence to trust them and know our house was in good handsm but to feel we were going to go through the referbishment process as part of the team with them.

That confidence, trust and teamwork grew throughout the time Rob and Roy worked on our house. Each step of the way, they contacted us to come back to our house and inspect their work while giving us the opportunity to change anything we thought fit.

On the rear occasion we did, their customer focus was exceptional- We really were part if the team. An example of this was when they introduced us to the painter and decorator, Curtis Crithers, who was assigned to work on our house. Like Rob and Roy, Curtis displayed all the qualities you would want; attentive polite and professional. They all worked with us to determine the colour schemes that would work best for us – an attention to detail; we felt went the extra mile.

The icing on the cake for use was when Rob and Roy completed their work and left our house for the last time: our next-door neighbour (who moved back home before we did) text me to tell me how considerate, polite and friendly they were!

To summarise, the quality of the work carried out on the house was truly outstanding. Rob and Roy’s attitude and approachability were first class. I have no hesitation in recommending these very professional guys who have a vast range of technical skills.

After losing my father in a tragic fire incident and being pushed around and misled by a building insurance company, Simon really helped us understand what we were entitled to and turned a year-long struggle around in no time at all. Not only did Simon manage to recover over £1,400 of costs that the other company insisted that I pay out of my own pocket, but his expertise helped us reach a resolution that we deserved.

10/10 really isn't enough for Simon and his team. Very attentive, no need for any chasing calls as Simon is fully on the ball. I can't thank you enough for everything that you helped myself and my husband through, we really appreciate it.

My feedback and praise for this company and for Michael is not enough.

The tragic disaster in my life began on February 1st 2019 I was planning to change my flooring and noticed my floor wonky upon looking we noticed two foot of water under are floor boards.

We contacted are insurance straight away who sent someone they had a look and put us in a hotel, then a company representing them done an inspection trough a video link and said we will contact you. After phoning them and harassing every other day 7 weeks later!!!

We was told that a loss adjuster is coming to the property to assess (which should have been done on the first week of me reporting) this made me worry has at this point I was frustrated and threatened them to me it looked like they was just fobbing me offend trying their best to blame us. I then started researching what the role of adjusters are and stumbled upon information that we could hire a loss adjuster who work for you.

I then started looking for companies and this is when I came across Public Loss Adjustors, i phoned them up straight away who allocated Michael Williamson’s, wear shall I begin Michael came like an angel he was there straight away to are aid. Even before I signed any contracts he spoke to the adjuster and told him where we stand with them. Michael took all the pressure of me has I was going through extreme stress; he took all the stress upon himself but the best bit was he new is business and role.

I was going to get thrown out of my hotel due to my insurance’s negligence but Michael sorted it out this guy don’t mess around he means business. He will bend over backward for you and the passion And drive this guy has u know he will give you 100% his best I can honestly say his the most humble and hard-working dedicated guy I have ever met he treats you like your his family and not clients I would phone him in the middle of the night to have a rant and he would listen to me and give me advice.

In the end my insurance were trying to get out of paying first but Michael didn’t let that happen he was there with all answers fighting are corner, then they offered us £6000 in the end. Michael got us £16000 from them.

Thank you so much Michael even though these words are far less for you. Anyone who is thinking twice please don’t hesitate you won’t regret it you will be in best hands possible I promise you.

Dear Paul.

Please allow me to take this moment to thank PLA and more importantly you and somewhat Sean for your hard work, support and persistence. If I’m honest I doubt this would be over still had you not been bought in to my claim.

I must confess that not having this in my life now feels a little odd, after 3years and 2months. People are asking if I’m in a celebratory mood, well what exactly is there to celebrate. It’s a huge bag of mixed emotion.

I utilised the services of Public Loss Adjusters LTD after we had a fire in our family home. We were treated disgracefully by our insurance company. They kept sending multiple companies to our home without consulting us and their tone on both email and phone was the last thing we wanted to handle after such a traumatic experience so I contacted Public Loss Adjusters for their expertise/help and guidance.

Sean (our loss assessor) was fantastic and helped myself and my family through this awful experience. He was sympathetic yet professional.

We have already submitted a review of the service we received from Public Loss Adjusters, however I wanted to also add another review for John who I have been dealing with since we were in the Premier inn waiting for our alternative accommodation.

I received my first call from John and immediately he wanted to know how we were dealing with things as a family and assuring us that he would be there for us with any queries and that his knowledge of working in the insurance industry would very helpful in dealing with the claim.

Since that call he has been here every step of the way in seamlessly sorting out arranging for surveyors, builders, contents insurance claims and even the small claims like helping to re-claim the cost of the van hire and the food while were staying at the Premier inn. He’s has had to deal with my countless calls and emails (sometimes at very unsociable times) he has been working well into the late evening and always contacting me without delay as soon as he had a piece of news regarding how the claim was progressing, you always knew where you were and his no nonsense approach and honesty always put my mind at rest during probably the most stressful time of our lives to date.

John would always make sure that all the people he dealt with on our behalf were doing what they were supposed to be doing and keeping things moving and that’s what made the whole process great, that I always felt that he was on our side, fighting for us and the fact he has legal knowledge made everything credible when going up against big insurers.
